Explore Therapy Services with Wynne
Healing begins with feeling understood, supported, and having a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Meet Wynne,
I help teens, young adults, and adults work through anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and negative body image so they can quiet their inner critic, build confidence, and feel more like themselves. If you're tired of overthinking every conversation, constantly comparing yourself to other people, feeling stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, or never quite feeling "good enough," you're in the right place.Therapy isn't about fixing you; it's about helping you understand yourself better, build confidence in who you are, and create a life that feels more authentic and less exhausting.-

The Process
Consultation Call
Our consultation call is a chance for us to connect, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see if Whitley Therapy feels like the right fit for you. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and talk through what getting started could look like.
This step can be skipped if you feel ready to book the first session. Just complete the Inquiry form under the contact tab, and I’ll get back to you within 48 business hours.
Intake session
Your first session is all about getting to know you: your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of this experience. We’ll gather some information, talk through what’s been going on, and begin identifying areas where therapy can support you. If you don’t have specific goals yet, that’s okay! Sometimes figuring out where to start is part of the process.
Ongoing Therapy
Ongoing sessions are a space to continue exploring your goals, build new tools, and work through the challenges that brought you to therapy. Along the way, we’ll regularly check in on your progress and what feels most supportive moving forward. Therapy doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all—some people benefit from longer-term support, while others need support through a specific season of life. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you.
